1. Regarding the Campaign

• Livly Island 1st Anniversary Fan Art Campaign ("Campaign") is a sweepstakes event hosted and managed by cocone corporation ("Host").
• This Campaign is not sponsored, administered, or endorsed by Twitter, Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., Apple Inc., and Google LLC.

2. Participation Agreement

• Participation in the Campaign requires each Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these terms. By entering the Campaign, the Participant agrees to and shall be bound by the Participation Terms.

3. Minor Participants

• Minors under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before participating in the Campaign. By participating in the Campaign, the Participant represents and warrants that they are entering the Campaign with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.

Post your artwork on Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook with the hashtag "#LivlyAnniversaryFanArt".

• Participant may post artwork and enter the Campaign multiple times during the Entry Period, but they may not win multiple times. Please refrain from reusing the same artwork for multiple entries.
• Any Participant may be deemed ineligible to enter the Campaign at the sole discretion of the Host. The following circumstances are deemed ineligible for Campaign entry:
  • After making the post, the Participant makes their Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook account private prior to the end of the screening process.
  • The indicated hashtag is missing or an incorrect hashtag is used in the post.
  • Post does not satisfy the Campaign requirements.
  • Post or illustration attached includes content that is deemed offensive to public order and standards of decency.
  • Any entry deemed inappropriate by the Host.

6. Rewards and Prizes

The winners of the Digital Coloring, Analog Coloring, and Original Illustration categories will receive the following rewards and prizes:

7. Winner Selection and Notification

• Researchers of Livly Reboot Laboratory will judge and select winners from among all eligible entries received within Entry Period. Please note that we are unable to provide further details about the judging criteria and process.
• In August 2022, winners will be contacted via direct message from Livly Island's official Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook account (”Official Account”). Please make sure to allow direct messages from our Official Account.
• Prizes are scheduled to be delivered in early September 2022.
• A selected winner’s prize may be revoked if they restrict direct messages from the Official Account or if they do not provide the required information for prize delivery.
• If the Participant creates multiple Livly Island accounts for multiple entries, all of their accounts may be suspended. If it is found that the Participant has made multiple entries with multiple accounts, all of their entries will be deemed ineligible for the Campaign.
• A selected winner’s prize may be revoked if their entry is deemed ineligible for any reason whatsoever.
• Any entry submitted for the Campaign may be used for Livly Island promotion purposes regardless of whether it is a winning entry.
  *Entry may be published on the Official Account, websites, or YouTube live streams.
• All rights to artwork will be given to the Host upon submission. In addition, the Participant represents and warrants that they will not exercise any rights, including moral rights, over their submitted artwork.
• Even if a Participant's entry is selected as a winning entry, the Participant shall have no right to claim any compensation or money other than the rewards stated in "6. Rewards and Prizes".

8. Other Important Notes

• The Campaign is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.
• The Host assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage associated with the Campaign incurred by the Participant, provided such loss or damage is not caused by the Host’s negligence.
• Participants are responsible for any telecommunication service costs used to participate in the Campaign. In the event of system maintenance or technical issues, the Host assumes no liability for Internet/telecommunication service costs associated with the Participant’s access to Instagram or the Official Account.
• If a prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the winner, the winner’s right to claim their Prize may be forfeited.
• Participant may not win multiple times in the Campaign.
• The rewards and prizes may only be claimed by winning Participants and are non-transferable.
• The rewards and prizes cannot be exchanged or returned. Please refrain from engaging in the resale or transfer of rewards and prizes to a third party.
• The Participation Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or associated with this Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo Summary Court or Tokyo District Court at the first instance.
• Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Apple, Google and their logos are trademarks of Twitter, Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., Apple Inc., and Google LLC respectively, registered in the U.S. and other countries.

Use of Personal Information

• Winning Participants may be required to provide their personal information (name, address, phone number, email address, etc.) for prize delivery.
• The Host will use the Participant’s personal data strictly for the purpose of distributing prizes for this Campaign.
• Once the prizes are distributed, the Participant’s personal data will be deleted. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
• We will not disclose the Participant’s personal data to any third party other than our entrusted partners without the advance consent of the Participant, except in cases where we are required to do so by law.
